As a SaaS consultant at DynamixE, I built the first design system for Vektor, a project management platform for biomanufacturing facilities, and redesigned its most confusing module, user time entry.

The problem
Vektor’s users, many of them older, struggled with an inconsistent, hard-to-learn interface, and training every new client one demo at a time didn’t scale.
What I did
- Audited the platform and established a consistent, scalable design system
- Redesigned the user time entry module that was confusing target users
- Designed new features on the new system to lower the learning curve
